What to send
A factual correction. If a page says something the game contradicts, send the page address, the sentence, and what the game actually shows. A screenshot of the relevant UI is the fastest possible fix.
A broken link or missing page. Include the address you were on and the link you followed.
A question about a system. If a page did not answer it, that is useful to know. Questions about a specific mechanic often become the next page.
What not to send
Support requests for the game itself. This site is not affiliated with XLGAMES, and it cannot restore characters, refund purchases or fix crashes. Those go to the game's official support channel, reachable from the Steam store page and the official site.
Bug reports for the demo or the launch build belong in the game's official community channels, where the developers actually read them.
A note on corrections
Pages carry the date their facts were checked. If a correction is based on a newer patch than the date on the page, say so, because the page may simply predate the change. The launch build will move quickly during Early Access, and the checked date is there to make that visible rather than hide it.
